Clinic Policies

Let's Face It Aesthetics and MedSpa values the time and commitment of our patients and providers. We want to provide best possible experience for every patient, therefore we have implemented the following policies: 

Payment is due at the time of service. All appointments are booked online or in office. Our system requires all patients to have an active card on file at all times, a temporary $0.50 authorization hold will be placed on your card to verify the account. 

 

We request that you please give at least 24 hours notice if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a cancellation or rescheduling fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value (minimum $50.00), should you miss your visit without proper notification (except in emergency situations). If you will be using a package or membership redemption and cancel or no-show your appointment, you will forfeit that specific treatment.

 

Since popular times fill up quickly, we encourage you to book your appointments in advance to ensure you get the day and time you want. This guarantees that our patients value our time together. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Schedule appointments at least 48 – 72 hours before any special event where appearance is a factor. Clinical treatments with extractions may cause redness and / or sensitivity.
