Pre-Treatment Care

Avoid blood thinners (Advil, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, etc.) for one week before treatment.

Do not drink alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.

Avoid major dental work for two weeks before and after filler.

You may take Arnica/Bromelain 2-5 days before treatment to help reduce bruising.
Post-Treatment Care

Avoid spicy foods for the first 24 hours.

Do not use a straw after your lip filler appointment.

Apply a cold compress as needed for the first 24 hours to reduce bruising and swelling.

Avoid exercise for 24 hours post-treatment.
